Thanksgiving Menu for 2:
2 Starters: Beet Hummus w/ sumac, EVOO & crispy lavash crackers; Truffled Celeriac Bisque w/ black mint chimichurri.
1 Salad: Chicory, Apple & Fennel w/pickled shallot, pumpkin-spiced pepitas, toasted pumpkin seed vinaigrette.
1 Main: Delicata Squash "Wellington" w/ smoked tofu, roasted walnut & sage, mushroom duxelles, puff pastry, FLX port wine sauce.
4 sides: Herbed Wild Rice Dressing; Mashed Potatoes with Rutabaga; Brussels Sprouts, cider-glazed & roasted w/ chestnuts; Cranberry-Orange-Ginger Relish.
Desserts: Vegan Chocolate Cake for 2; Vegan Apple Crumble for 2 (gluten-free.)
