To celebrate our 50th anniversary, Moosewood is delighted to announce that Amanda Cohen, Chef and owner of Michelin-starred Dirt Candy NYC,  will be preparing a special tasting menu at Moosewood in Ithaca on November 5th. 

Using seasonal ingredients from local farms and purveyors, Cohen will prepare an intimate multi-course tasting menu with optional Finger Lakes wine pairings.
