Join us for an intimate and educational wine tasting that will explore the brilliant ‘méthode champenoise’ styles of sparkling wines. Your guide on this adventure is Ithaca Wine Ventures winetrepeneur, Richy Petrina, who will explain the various styles and share the stories that make these wines so special. This will be a fun & friendly (and non-geeky) evening that you can come to solo or with friends. If you wish, you can even privatize this same event in the future for your group around your schedule.
The experience will include a tasting portion of the following five wines: a Blanc de Blancs, a Rosé, and a previously-unreleased sparkling wine from the Finger Lakes… alongside the iconic Moët & Chandon Impérial and Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé Champagnes from France.
Expect the experience to last a little over one hour. A few small Moosewood bites will be served, and you are welcome to stay for dinner afterwards. Come and celebrate a special occasion, or just a much-needed free night out!
